Graham Care Awards 2015

We are delighted to announce that nominations are now open for this year’s Awards . We are seeking nominations from residents, families and friends who have seen for themselves the outstanding qualities our staff can bring to the care and support of people at Woodchurch House. Last year we received so many warm and moving testimonies it was very difficult to choose just one winner, so this year we’ll be celebrating the achievements of three winning members of staff.

You can nominate up to five members of staff on our nomination form and, if you would like to, you can also give your reasons. Nominations close on Friday 18 September 2015.
